Once submitted, cancellations are no longer possible due to the non-refundable state filing fees and service expenses incurred.

   • For Registered Agent Services: You may cancel your registered agent services at any time by providing written notice. Cancellations will be effective 30 days after receiving your written notice.

2. Refund Eligibility:

   • For LLC Formation Services: As state filing fees and other associated expenses are incurred immediately upon submission, our LLC formation services are non-refundable after this point.

   • For Registered Agent Services: If you choose to cancel your registered agent services, we will refund any prepaid, unused portion of the service fee.

3. Refund Processing:

   • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 15 business days of receiving your written cancellation notice. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.

4. How to Cancel:

   • To cancel your services, please send a written notice to our support email at support@montanafilings.com with "Service Cancellation" in the subject line. Please provide your full name, contact information, and the details of the service you wish to cancel.

5. Modifications or Amendments:

   • In certain cases, you may wish to make modifications or amendments to your LLC formation or registered agent services. Please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your specific needs. Additional charges may apply depending on the nature of the changes requested.

6. Non-Communication:

   • If you do not receive confirmation of your cancellation within five business days of sending your notice, please follow up with us immediately. We are committed to ensuring that your cancellation requests are processed promptly.
