This is because state filing fees and other associated costs are incurred immediately upon submission.

   • Registered Agent Services: Refunds for registered agent services will be considered for the unused portion of your service fee, following the cancellation of these services. Refunds are not available for registered agent services within the first 30 days of the service period.

2. Refund Requests:

   • To request a refund, please send an email to support@montanafilings.com with "Refund Request" in the subject line. In your email, include your full name, contact information, the service for which you are requesting a refund, and a detailed explanation of the reason for your request.

3. Processing Time:

   • Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 15 business days of receiving your request. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.

4. Non-Communication:

   • If you do not receive confirmation of your refund request within five business days of sending your email, please follow up with us immediately. We are committed to ensuring that your refund requests are processed promptly.

5. Chargebacks:
